چکیده
Mycotoxins are harmful auxiliary metabolites delivered by species of filamentous organisms developing on grains some time recently collect and in capacity. The study was planned to evaluate the protective role lycopene (LYC) against Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) induces oxidative stress, hepatic toxicity, apoptosis Japanese quail. Sixty quail chicks (three-week-old) were randomly allocated into four groups; Negative control group; -B1 group (1 mg/kg feed) as positive control; supplemented (200 AFB1 with mg/kg). growth performance parameters, serum biochemical indices, liver antioxidant activities well histopathological studies, immunohistochemical pictures performed. results showed a significant increase decrease feed conversion ratio (FCR) aflatoxin inclusion group. Moreover, enzymes (ALT, AST, ALP) significantly (P < 0.05) decreased. In addition, malondialdehyde (MDA) levels decreased, while superoxide dismutase (SOD), Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) catalase (CAT) increased tissues. Furthermore, when compared aflatoxin-inclusion had improved tissue lower cytokine production (IL-6 TNF-). conclusion, these findings implied that dietary administration has alleviated AFB1-triggered inflammatory response

The aim of this study was to investigate the possible protective role of sodium selenite on aflatoxin B1-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in spleen of broilers. Two hundred one-day-old male broilers, divided into five groups, were fed with basal diet (control group), 0.3 mg/kg AFB1 (AFB1 group), 0.3 mg/kg AFB1 + 0.2 mg/kg Se (+Se group I), 0.3 mg/kg AFB1 + 0.4 mg/kg Se (+Se group II) and ...

In the present study, 256 7-wk-old Japanese quail were randomly distributed into four experimental groups (64 birds per group) and given rations containing 0 (controls), 25, 50, or 100 (g aflatoxin B, (AFB1)/kg feed for 168 d. Each treatment consisted of four replicates of 16 quail. Egg production and individual egg weight were checked daily. Feed consumption and feed use were determined weekly...

In this research, we investigated the cytotoxic mechanisms of Cochlodinium polykrikoidescell lysate on isolated rat liver hepatocytes. This micro algae is responsible for a severe and widespread harmful algal bloom in the Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman (2008-2009). Isolated hepatocytes were obtained by collagenase perfusion of Sprague-Dawley rat liver.According to our results, incubation of algal...

Toxic effects of Aflatoxin B1 on growth performance and humoral immune response against Newcastle disease Virus (NDV) vaccine were determined in Japanese quails. Quail chicks (n=300) were divided into five groups and each group was further sub-divided into two subgroups. One subgroup of each group was vaccinated with NDV vaccine to study the antibody response. Experimental diets were prepared b...
